I got there about 20 minutes before anything started...I'm still trying to figure out who that first band who filled in was... I was not a fan of Sonic Syndicate, but I've not listened to any of their studio releases so I can only go with what I heard at that show Himsa was a lot of fun, and the pit really opened up with them. Amaon Amarth was everything I hoped it would be and more

That was my first time seeing Amon Amarth, and I knew they were going to be good, but they exceeded my expectations. Absolutely awesome. I loved the chants of JOHAN'S BEARD! JOHAN'S BEARD! Haha.

Got there not too long after Himsa started. They seem to be better live than on record. Amon Amarth were unbelievable. They put on quite a good show and I was happy to hear them play just about every song I was looking forward to, esp. An Ancient Sign of coming Storm & Down the Slopes of Death.

Yea, the curfew really was shit when Type O Negative came and only got to play one hour. Though I don't know if that's some curfew for just weekdays or what. ps....
