„Dark Entries“ è il nuovo party dalle sonorità oscure che a partire da sabato 11 febbraio avrà luogo una volta al mese al Muzak. Ogni mese sul palco e alla consolle si alterneranno i gruppi e i dj più interessanti e significativi della scena. Un salto a ritroso nel tempo, nel cuore più oscuro degli anni ‘80. Una serata per ballare fino a notte fonda ma anche un piccolo viaggio nei meandri della dark music in tutte le sue sfaccettature: dal gothic rock alla new wave, dalla darkwave al synthpop, dal post-punk all’ industrial…

La serata di inaugurazione vedrà degli ospiti davvero speciali:

Last Movement is a Shoegaze/Post-Punk/Noise Rock band-based in Rome. The band’s sound has its characterized by walls of distorted guitar, feedback, delay, bass grooves, jagged rhythms and structured noise. A psychedlic blend of shoegaze 90s sound and english postpunk.

Biography:

Last Movement was initially conceived as a solo project by Antonio M. (ex Avant-Garde, Cureproject), but after meeting Andrea A. at the start of 2010, the decision was taken to form a proper band and play gigs. They began looking for a bassist and immediately found Giovanni S. Stefano F. was soon drafted in on second guitar, and this line-up continued for some time.
Things changed in the autumn of 2010, with the band becoming a three-piece: Antonio M. (guitar, vocals), Andrea A. (drums) and various guest bassists, including Pasquale V. on loan from Date at Midnight. With this formation, Last Movement began performing live. Bassist Marzio M. has now joined the band on a permanent basis, and they are working towards recording new material which will be released at the end of 2011.
