Say Something is exceptionally excited to be bringing Mercury Prize Nominee GHOSTPOET to Rubix!
2011 has been a wild year for Ghostpoet. His debut album Peanut Butter Blues & The Melancholy Jam was released to all-round critical acclaim. It was a strong nominee for the Mercury Prize and has been buzzing near the top of many 2011 Album Of The Year lists. A swirling mix of low-fi electronic Hip-Hop has become his signature sound, a laid-back smokey vibe that has unsurprisingly lead him to be Mike ‘The Streets’ Skinner’s favourite MC.
Or to describe him more simply, in his own words he is „a lad with a lisp with some stories to tell.“
