The Ukes are back!

From the North Pole to Sydney Opera House, via Carnegie Hall and the Royal Albert Hall, The Ukes of GB are touring planet Earth with their funny, stomping, toe tapping, all singing, all plucking obituary of Rock’n’ Roll and melodious light entertainment. You’ll hear music you love and music you just didn’t get transformed into a joyous, headlong stream of transcendent sounds, musical delight and warm personality featuring only the ‘bonsai guitar’ and a menagerie of voices.

From the first sold out concert in 1985 to the current world tour, the Ukes of GB have been turning the world on to the ukuleles rich orchestration possibilities via online clips with millions of views, DVDs and CDs selling in their tens of thousands across continents and sold out shows around the world. They’re independent, anarchic, funny, virtuosic, thought provoking and mind blowing. They have sixteen-handedly changed the face of the ukulele world.

Today there are thousands of ukulele orchestras but it started here with the original and the best.

„The best musical entertainment in the country… worth traveling a thousand miles to hear.“ (The Independent)
„Subversive, rare and very precious… Frighteningly talented and awesome.“ (Time Out)
