Honestly Sound Academy doesn't suck at all - it has probably the best sound for that size venue in Toronto. Of course, if you get there late and are forced to stand right at the side or the back, one side of the mix is going to dominate and your experience will suffer as a result. But if you're getting to a Portishead concert late you only have yourself to blame. I had an amazing time, like I usually do there. Awesome video rig too.

That was amazing show...the venue sux sux sux...but the show was amazing! Hopefully not the last time i'll see them...but if it is, it was a good one!

Last night Thought Forms was on at 8 and Portishead went on a little after 9. But some advice, try not to show up late. It became impossible to get a good space after the opening set.
