too much eternal. and pop group were like a shit pub band. but its sonic youth..so..was amazing haha.

Great show, although very similar set list to the London show in 2009, very Eternal happy, although I think there were a few more classics this time. Great show, loved Death Valley 69!!! It was so good to see them in Manchester. They still play great and there a true sense of love in the band. They fucked up Catholic block several times but made it look cool!!

was a very good show, stood next to johnny marr the whole night which was a bonus. the pop group sort of impressed me, vocals were pretty crap though. all in all good night! alot of people were complaining about sonic youth not playing 80s'/90's stuff, my opinion - it would of been great but a band wont progress and earn a legacy like sonic youth if they constantly play 'hits'!
